We represent and partner with major global suppliers who can offer the main building blocks of any pre-commissioning spread directly to the EPCI customer.

Fluid Control Services AS (FCS) are the largest specialised supplier of deepwater downline systems in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Through our collaboration, The FCS CTDL system can deploy 2,400m of 2.375” OD coiled tubing, or 2,600m of 2” coiled tubing , FCS have recently invested in an innovative dual-reeler coiled tubing downline system.

Our goal is to grow the FCS downline and coiled tubing business supporting the service companies and EPCI contractors with downline solutions for pre-commissioning & light well intervention

It's Electric

Together with our industry partner, FCS, we have launched the world’s first all-electric Coiled Tubing Downline System (CTDL) with the capacity to deploy coil tubing of 2 3/8” OD to a depth of up to -2400m, enabling pre-commissioning, LWI and subsea services suppliers to lower their costs, improve productivity and reduce vessel time.

This all-electric Coiled Tubing Downline System (CTDL) can be supplied anywhere in the world on a short or long-term rental basis, removing the barrier of long build times and access to CAPEX. Fluid Control Services AS is also a global distributor for new build units for those wishing to purchase, where we can assist with a rental solution during the build period.

Our innovative stacking frames are design for quick erection and installation on your vessel. By double stacking we can reduce the required deck space by up to 50%/

Engineered Solutions for Major Projects

We don’t just supply the equipment. At Access Hire our engineers with vessel owners to design and optimise deck layout drawings. Our engineers also produce P&IDs and full mobilisation and function testing documentation.
